How much does it cost?

Prices are on the Services and pricing page, along with what each option does and doesn't include. Websites start at $470, a website with your own admin panel costs $1,200, and a custom e-shop starts from $2,300. You get a fixed price for your scope in writing after a short call.

Why don't you give a price for a custom e-shop right away?

Because it would just be a guess. First comes a Brief for $470: we go through your processes, write up what the software takes over and what stays with people, and you get a stage-by-stage proposal with fixed prices. The full cost of the Brief is deducted from the first stage, so you never lose it.

How does payment work?

Websites from the price list: 50% up front, 50% at launch. E-shops and systems are paid by stage: each stage is paid in full before it starts, and the next stage begins only once the previous one is paid. It works the other way around too: we stop work if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue. Better to say that up front than later.

Is VAT added to the prices?

No, we're not VAT-registered. The prices shown are final.

Do I get an invoice made out to my company?

Yes, both the contract and the invoice are issued in your company's name, with everything your accountant needs.

Do I really own the whole system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The website and the admin panel are your code on your own domain. No renting someone else's platform, and no commission on your revenue.

Who owns the customer database?

You do. Contacts, bookings and orders are your data, and you can export them at any time. With rented booking apps, the contacts usually stay with the platform.

What if I want to develop the system somewhere else later?

The code is yours, and any developer can work on it. We hand over the repository and access. We don't lock you in.

Where is my data hosted?

We host the website on Netlify and the database on Supabase. Exactly who processes the data is set out in the contract and the data processing agreement, so you have it in writing for GDPR. You can export your data at any time.

Is the admin panel included with every website?

No. The panel comes with the Website with your own admin panel option at $1,200 and up. For the two cheaper websites, we make the content changes for you, because their content rarely changes, and there's no point paying for a panel you'd never open.

What can I change in the panel?

A website with a panel includes three modules for the way you work, such as bookings, a price list or news. Each additional one costs $230. For an e-shop or a system, the panel's scope is set stage by stage, and sections are added based on how your business runs.

Can I use it without technical knowledge?

Yes. We build the panel for owners, not programmers: what you'll do often is visible right away. At handover, we go through it together using your own data.

Can I manage the system from my phone too?

Yes, the panel works on mobile and on desktop.

Is a monthly care plan required?

No. Without it, you handle hosting and backups yourself, and there's no deadline for fixes. With it, you pay $25 per month for a website with a panel, from $70 per month for an e-shop, and $95 per year for smaller websites.

What does the care plan include?

Hosting, domain and certificate, backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and an hour of small changes. The exact scope varies by option and is listed in the pricing.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

With the care plan: within 4 hours during business hours for an e-shop or system, within 1 business day for a website with a panel, and within 2 business days for smaller websites. Without the care plan, we don't promise a response time. We work it out based on what else is in progress at the time.

How long will it take to launch?

Landing page: 5 business days. Website with a form: 10 business days. Website with your own admin panel: 2 to 3 weeks. Custom e-shop: first stage in 2 to 4 weeks, and later stages follow from there.

Can I add a feature or a page after launch?

Yes, we build the system so it can be extended. Small things fit into the care plan's hour of changes. Bigger ones we price as an agreed scope, not as a new project.

I have an e-shop or a booking app. Can I switch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We transfer products, customers and order history, set up redirects from the old URLs, and you cancel the old service only once the new system is running.

Will I lose bookings or customers?

No. We plan the switch so your operation doesn't stop, and we go live only after you approve it.

What happens to my domain?

It stays yours. We repoint the DNS records to the new website with no downtime for visitors.
